A Call to Come Out
Why are we ashamed of the most amazing decision ever to be made by man? It seems that many in today’s churches are apologizing for calling out those who must determine to follow Christ. Had Jesus not called His disciples out, one by one, they would have been totally ill-prepared for this historic moment!

As I read from the Psalms this week this particular chapter stood out to me as I see so much fear about me. Psalmist David was no stranger to fear himself and penned this as he ran for his own life. I see him in the fetal position at times, grappling with the grim possibilities, moaning, “My heart IS steadfast, O God, my heart IS steadfast; I WILL sing and give praise.”
